I will share 2 drinks that you can consume daily to keep your energy as well as your libido on a high.

In this day and age, we tend to run around more as well as add more stress to our daily lives.

Adding these 2 drinks will make a huge difference in your life.

I highly suggest you try it, not just to improve your libido but also for the many health benefits.

Drink 1 — Morning drink

Drink on an empty stomach every morning.

Ingredients

1 cup of watermelon cut into cubes

1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger

1/4 fresh lemon

Method

Add all these ingredients to a liquidizer and blend.

You can add a little water if you want the consistency to be weaker.

Pour it into your desired cup and drink away.

I love this drink! It gives me a great boost of morning energy.

Drink 2 — Evening drink

You can have the below drink about a hour before bedtime. It will help to relax you and help you have a peaceful sleep.

Ingredients

Half a cup of full-cream or low-fat milk (I use full cream. I love milk)

1 banana

1 tablespoon raw oats

2 pitted dates

1 tablespoon peanut butter

4 or 5 almonds

1 teaspoon honey

Method :

Add all the above ingredients to a liquidizer in no particular order.

Liquidize everything until smooth and a drinkable consistency.

Pour into a cup and enjoy!

I love the taste of this smoothie/drink.

Both drinks are a well-rounded mix of nutrients and help boost your libido.
